- General Terms and Conditions 2021 §19.1: "Both in case of a subscription to TOPdesk SaaS and a subscription to On Premises, the Customer receives a right of use to TOPdesk’s software. This is standardized software."
- Commercial rules
- Licence fee first due on the first day of the month after delivery, and paid yearly in advance unless a schedule is agreed (§17). One-year default term, tacitly renewed yearly; after the initial term the customer may terminate monthly with one month's notice (§3). Continuous deployment of updates (§21.6); Fair Use Policy applies (§28). The public price list sells SaaS as the Essential, Engaged and Excellent plans per agent per month; the subscription includes software, hosting, updates and support.
