- Free and paid permissions: "Organizations are charged for operators that are assigned at least one of these permissions. These permissions are mostly those that allow operators to make changes to the data in an environment, or make changes to the environment itself."
- Counting rules
- One paid licence per operator card that holds at least one paid permission, directly or through an operator group with a linked paid permission group. Operators with only free (mostly read) permissions are not charged. Not counted as paid: TOPdesk's own Consultancy and Support operator cards (SaaS), operator cards with Allowed to log in disabled, and API accounts.
