- The road to One TOPdesk user: since February 2026 links for existing operators can no longer be created or changed; in phase 2 every human operator gets a linked person card, generated cards receive no extra permissions or SSP rights; since October 2025 API accounts are created without a linked person. A person cannot currently be both a person and an operator. (vendor document undated; as published on 2026-09-27)
