- General Terms and Conditions 2021 §19.3: "A licensed agent is a TOPdesk user who can have admin permissions and can be assigned to tasks (calls, requests, activities, deliver services) in the TOPdesk Software."

- The Purchasing Agreement sets the number of users; affiliates allowed to use the Software as a licensed agent become a party to the agreement (§19.3). The customer must report relevant changes in actual use so the licence can be adjusted (§19.4).
