- GTC (2026-07-01) definitions: "Subscription License" means the type and number of limited licences to use the Software included in Subscription Services during the Subscription Term; Subscription Services are Software delivered in object code for the customer's own environment ("Software Service") or to an Access Point ("Cloud Services").
- Commercial rules
- Agreement runs for the Basic Term on the Order Form (24 months if none is agreed), then renews for 12-month Renewal Terms unless terminated with at least three months' notice. Subscription Services are invoiced 12 months in advance; additional orders are co-termed with the first order. Fees may rise once per calendar year on 60 days' notice (Germany and Austria: 5% after each 12-month period of the Basic Term, up to 10% per year after it).
