- "Notwithstanding the aforementioned, the Customer shall have the right to grant third parties access to the Subscription Services solely for the benefit and on the behalf of the Customer where (i) the Subscription Services form a part of a service the Customer is offering to its own customers, or (ii) where third parties (such as agency-hired labor or consultants) are performing work for or behalf of the Customer and they require access to the Subscription Services for such purpose."
