- Supplementary Terms A.4: Matrix42 or an independent third party it names may audit the use of Products, Subscription Licenses and related features with 14 days' prior written notice at least once per calendar year, and at any time on justified suspicion of misuse. The customer must give access to technical environments and premises; Matrix42 bears the cost unless non-compliance is found, in which case the customer bears it. (effective 2026-07-01)
