- "All Subscription Services and additional Support Services are invoiced in advance for a period of twelve (12) months at a time. Where the remaining Subscription Term is less, the final invoicing period under the Subscription Term shall be adjusted. In case of additional Orders for Subscription Services, their invoicing term shall be co-termed with first Order of the Customer."
