- Supplementary Terms concerning Products (2026-07-01): "A “User” means every natural person, regardless of the legal relationship to the Customer, for which an active administrative record exists in the Product(s)."
- Counting rules
- Every natural person with an active administrative record in the Products counts, whether employee, contractor or other. The Active Management Record definition treats an End-User record as active unless the customer can prove the person no longer works for the customer. Archived Product Usage Guideline (2024) examples: if Matrix42 ITSM is licensed per user, Matrix42 UEM must also be licensed per user; UEM licensed for 1,000 users requires Patch Management for 1,000 users.
