- GTC A.1.3: by accepting an Offer, Order Form or Agreement referring to the GTCs, that version and the updated Supplementary Terms replace all previous terms appended to earlier Order Forms or Agreements. The Terms & Conditions page lists the document sets by validity period (from 1 July 2026; 17 October 2025 to 1 July 2026; 14 April 2025 to 17 October 2025; earlier sets until 15 April 2025). Matrix42 may otherwise modify the GTCs or Supplementary Terms, effective at renewal or 30 days after written notice. (effective 2026-07-01)
