- GTC B.1 (Germany) and B.4 (Austria) replace A.7.4: during the Basic Term fees increase by five percent after each 12-month period. After a fixed Basic Term (or 12 months into an indefinite contract) Matrix42 or the Channel Partner may raise prices by up to ten percent per year since the previous increase, with 30 days' notice and a right to terminate.
