- GTC A.6.1: the Agreement runs for the Basic Term on the Order Form and then renews for Renewal Terms of 12 months unless either party gives written notice at least three months before the end of the Basic Term or current Renewal Term. If no Basic Term is agreed it is 24 months. (effective 2026-07-01)
