- Supplementary Terms A.1.1 (Connector): usage (transactions) included in the User License is defined by the Fair-Usage-Policy in the Service Description and Product Documentation; if it is exceeded, Matrix42 may invoice the fee for the next Tier from the day the limit was exceeded until the end of the License Term.
