- GTC A.6.7: the customer's right to terminate under Articles 23(a) and 25(c)-(d) of the EU Data Act is unaffected, but such a termination is subject to a fee equal to the agreed Fees for the remaining Subscription Term and notice periods. (effective 2026-07-01)
