- GTC A.7.4: Matrix42 or the Channel Partner may raise fees for general cost increases once per calendar year, or for increases in Third Party Software costs, with at least 60 days' notice; the customer may then terminate on 30 days' written notice before the change takes effect. (effective 2026-07-01)
