- GTC A.10.5: customer claims for defects are limited to one year (2026-07-01 version); the 2025-10-17 version limited them to thirty days. Under the German and Austrian country provisions, rights in case of defects are limited to 12 months from the start of the statutory limitation period. (effective 2026-07-01)
