- Supplementary Terms concerning Products (2026-07-01): "A “Named User” or “Agent” allows one dedicated natural person or technical User to the Products regardless of the legal relations of this user to the Customer." The licence "is only required for people working with the management interfaces of Matrix42. End Users are not included."
- Counting rules
- One licence per dedicated natural person or technical user who works with Matrix42 management interfaces (agents, administrators). Use is restricted to that exact named person or technical user. End Users who interact through portals are not counted. The archived 2024 terms said the same of the Named User License: end users contacting the applications via portals, e-mail or otherwise are not subject to licensing.
