- GTC A.15.4: neither party may assign or transfer the Agreement without the other's prior written consent, not to be unreasonably withheld; Matrix42 may transfer the Agreement to any of its Affiliates by written notice. Subscription Licenses are also non-transferable under A.2.1. (effective 2026-07-01)
