- Persons and operators: a person is "the caller that you support. Many callers can log in to the Self-Service Portal where they can register calls and requests."
- Counting rules
- Callers (persons, Self-Service Portal users, end users) are not a priced metric in the public plans, which include unlimited end users. The Fair Use Policy uses the number of callers, together with operators, to set the SaaS storage limit. The Is caller role on the person card controls whether a person can be selected as a caller.

- Unlimited end users in all public plans; storage bands in the Fair Use Policy run up to 50,000 callers.
