- Storage limit by caller and operator band (25 GB for up to 2,500 callers and 50 operators, up to 500 GB for 25,001 to 50,000 callers and 525 operators); expansion in 25 GB blocks at €25 per block per month; above 500 GB by arrangement. Bandwidth and e-mail volume are monitored against averages for similar contracts and may be limited after consultation. Incorporated into SaaS agreements by General Terms 2021 §28.1.
