- Seat types: "Members are paid users with full access to Smartsheet." A Member can create, edit and delete sheets, reports, dashboards and workspaces, share items and build automations; "Members count against your plan's paid seat total."
- Counting rules
- One paid seat per user. Assigned by a System Admin at any time, by upgrade of a Provisional Member during the review period, or automatically at the end of the billing cycle when the Provisional Member setting is Upgrade to paid Member. On migration from the legacy model, licensed users automatically became Members.
