Smartsheet plans and premium add-ons are the commercial packages in which Smartsheet sells its work management platform. The pricing page offers four plans: Pro, Business, Enterprise and Advanced Work Management. It also offers a set of premium capabilities that are either bought as add-ons or included in Advanced Work Management.[1] Plans are priced per paid Member. Contributors are free on every plan, and Guests are free on Business and Enterprise.[1][2] Prices are published in 13 currencies, with monthly and yearly billing for Pro and Business.[1]
Editions
Pro
Pro is described as “For people and teams wanting to track, share, and manage projects”. It is sold for “1-10 Members, unlimited Contributors” at USD 9 per Member per month billed yearly, or USD 12 billed monthly.[1] It includes Gantt, table, board and calendar views, conversational AI features, unlimited sheets, forms and reports, and 250 automations per month. Attachment storage is 20 GB, with a 30 MB maximum attachment size.[1] “The Pro plan is only available to new customers.”[1] Pro has no Guest seat type. External users on Pro follow Member or Contributor rules.[2] Catalog row: Smartsheet Pro.
Business
Business is sold for “3+ Members, unlimited Guests and Contributors” at USD 19 per Member per month billed yearly, or USD 24 billed monthly.[1] It adds unlimited free Guests, Timeline view, workload tracking, admin capabilities, unlimited automations, connections to external AI tools and 1 TB of attachment storage.[1] Catalog row: Smartsheet Business.
Enterprise
Enterprise has custom pricing for 10 or more Members. It adds Scenario Planning, Portfolios, SAML-based SSO, Enterprise Plan Manager, unlimited attachment storage and directory integrations.[1] The comparison table also lists enterprise access controls, user account provisioning, chargeback reports and data retention policies (the last as an add-on).[1] Only Enterprise plans are covered by the Service Level Agreement.[1] Catalog row: Smartsheet Enterprise.
Advanced Work Management
Advanced Work Management also has custom pricing. It includes the Enterprise plan plus Control Center, Dynamic View, Data Shuttle, Connectors, DataMesh, Calendar App, Pivot App and Premium Support.[1] The comparison table also shows Bridge, DataTable and Smartsheet University as included in it.[1] Catalog row: Advanced Work Management.
Metrics
All four plans count paid Members. Free Contributors and, except on Pro, free Guests do not count. Provisional Members are free until the end of the billing cycle.[2] At contract level, each add-on and each seat is a Unit, “a unit of access to or use of a Service”.[4] The pricing page does not state a metric for most premium add-ons. Dynamic View and Data Shuttle show a monthly starting price.[1]

Support and services
Help & Learning content, the Community and web-based ticketing are included on all plans. The Standard Support Package is an add-on on Business and included on Enterprise and Advanced Work Management. The Premium Support Package is an add-on on Business and Enterprise and included in Advanced Work Management. Smartsheet Professional Services and Technical Account Managers are add-ons from Business upward.[1] Professional Services are separate from the Online Services even when bought under the same Order, and are invoiced on a time and materials basis or in advance as the Order specifies.[3]
Buying and billing
The pricing page accepts major credit cards and ACH direct debit. “For Enterprise subscriptions that meet a minimum fee”, it also offers invoicing for payment by credit card, check, ACH or wire.[1] A 30-day free trial is offered without a credit card.[1] The FAQ says customers can upgrade, add or remove users, buy more licences or cancel “at any time”, subject to the User Agreement.[1] Under the Agreement, however, Orders are non-cancelable, subscription fees are invoiced annually in advance, and the units used during the Term renew automatically.[3] See Smartsheet User Agreement and Limits Policy.
Virtualization & partitioning
Not applicable. Plans are hosted services counted per Member.[2]
Cloud / BYOL
Not applicable. The pricing page notes that feature availability differs in Smartsheet Regions and Smartsheet Gov.[1]
Programs
The plans are sold under the Smartsheet user model. Smartsheet Gov plans bought through an authorized sales representative remain on the legacy collaborator model.[1]
