- User Agreement s.10.1: unless an Order says otherwise or a party gives notice of non-renewal at least 30 days before the end of the Term, the total number of units purchased, provisioned or otherwise used during the Term renews automatically for successive one-year terms. Units added during the Term therefore become the renewal baseline.
