- Limits Policy s.3(b): after written notice the Customer has 30 days to bring use into compliance; if it does not, or the use cannot be cured, Smartsheet may invoice the additional capacity at standard Unit rate pricing. Smartsheet may also suspend Users or disable Capabilities (s.3(c)); delay in enforcing is not acceptance (s.3(d)).
