- User Agreement s.9.3: Smartsheet may increase prices, including unit rates, for a Renewal Term by written notice before it starts; if the units renewing are equal to or greater than those purchased, provisioned or used during the Term, the notice must be at least 45 days before the Renewal Term. Credits and promotional or one-time pricing do not carry over.
