- Supplementary Terms A.5 (new in the 2026-07-01 version): use beyond the scope agreed in the Order Form is Overuse; the customer must notify Matrix42 without delay and pay additional remuneration calculated on the current price list at the time the Overuse becomes known. Matrix42 may also demand a contractual penalty of up to three times the annual licence price for the Overuse. The section applies only where the Software or Subscription Services are hosted by the customer (on-premises). (effective 2026-07-01)
