- ClickUp Help, Pricing per user role and plan: "One seat is assigned to each user in your Workspace, whether they require a fee or not." Owners, admins, members, limited members and permission controlled guests are charged a subscription fee.
- Counting rules
- Counted per Workspace, not per organisation. Billing refers to "a member or member seat" as anyone invited as a member or admin, and the owner is a member too. A removed member keeps an open seat until the next billing cycle begins; a new paid user or a converted free role can fill it at no charge.
- Floors / minimums
- None published; a Workspace has one owner (the first member). Annual customers must give notice of user-count reductions at least thirty days before renewal.
