- For customers on an annual Services plan, you must provide us with notice of any downgrades or cancellations to your purchased Services (including but not limited to full cancellations of your account, reductions in user counts, changes to your Services packages, or the discontinuation of any add-ons or upgrades) at least thirty days prior to your Services renewal date or your Services will automatically renew for an additional twelve month period.
