- Master Agreement §2.3: "a single installation of the agent software on a specific operating system instance which can be identified as a unique host identification on a Server or, in the case of a device without an operating system, on a single computerized device managed by Client".
- Counting rules
- Each operating system instance counts once: a Server partitioned or virtualised into several operating system instances needs one Agent per instance (§2.3). Fees are based on Named Users or Agents as specified in the Schedule (SaaS Addendum §3.4; Software Addendum §3.3). ConnectWise Offerings track the number of deployed Agents (§10.3); under a monthly minimum the customer pays for any agent appearing in its ConnectWise Portal (SaaS Addendum §4.3.2).
