- SaaS Addendum §3.3: an MSP licensee may use the service and sublicense to End Users the right to install and use the Software Agent on Supported Devices, solely to provide Managed Services; it may not resell, rent, time-share or make the Offering available to third parties otherwise. Other licensees get an internal-use licence (§3.2). (effective 2026-07-01)
