- SaaS Addendum §4.3.1: where the customer has signed up to a monthly minimum, it pays "the greater of (i) the minimum amount set forth herein or in the Schedule, if applicable and (ii) Client’s actual usage of the ConnectWise Offering."

- Billing counts come from measurements within the ConnectWise Offering. Charges start when the Offering is deployed on a Supported Device; some Offerings are prorated by days deployed in the month and stop when uninstalled. Agents that appear in the ConnectWise Portal are billed; the minimum is payable even when usage is lower.
