- SaaS Addendum §2.1: "the metric for billing SaaS to Client as defined in the SaaS Listing (e.g., users, transactions, etc.)". The Authorized Use Limitation is the limit on SaaS usage "as measured by the Billing Metric specified in the Schedule or the Documentation" (Master Terms §2.4). For on-premises Software the equivalent is the License Metric, "such as Agents, Named Users or Servers" (Software Addendum §2.E).
