- "A user is defined as an account with permission to log into the app. Each named user with this permission counts toward your user limit, whether they are logged in or not." ACA §21: "User" means "any individual that Customer authorizes to use the Products. Users may include: (i) Customer’s and its Affiliates’ employees, consultants, contractors and agents, (ii) third parties with which Customer or its Affiliates transact business, (iii) individuals invited by Customer’s users, (iv) individuals under managed accounts, or (v) individuals interacting with a Product as Customer’s customer."

- Named users, not concurrent users. "A user is defined as an account with permission to log into the app. Each named user with this permission counts toward your user limit, whether they are logged in or not. Only one individual—a named person—is permitted per app login, and multiple people cannot share a login. Our licensing model does not allow for concurrent user licensing." Cloud: "Users will be counted toward billing once product access is granted" (invitee billable even if they do not accept). Must be deactivated, deleted, or removed from a synced directory to drop off. Monthly Cloud uses Maximum Quantity Billing: "Your bill is based on the maximum amount of users you have throughout your billing period. We call this your billed user quantity." Mid-cycle removals are not credited.
