- Eligibility (purchase-licensing + nonprofit page): recognized as a nonprofit in the country of registration per Goodstack country criteria, or a valid social enterprise (Atlassian and Goodstack definition). “Community licenses are only available to nonprofit organizations and social enterprises that are non-governmental and non-political.” Nonprofit page: non-governmental; non-political; recognized nonprofit; or for-profit with a social mission verified by Goodstack.
