- Under maximum quantity billing (phased in from 14 July 2025 for monthly Compass, Confluence, Atlassian Guard, Jira, Jira Product Discovery, Jira Service Management, Loom and Marketplace app subscriptions), users added above the billed user quantity are charged pro rata, removals give no deduction, refund or credit, and the next period starts from the user count on the last day.
