- Unless the Microsoft agreement says otherwise: Dedicated Instances or Dedicated Hosts, and VMs sourced from customer-provided binaries. Customer is solely responsible for obtaining licenses and complying with the Microsoft Product Terms. Without License Mobility, licenses must be perpetual and purchased before 2019-10-01 (or true-up under an Enterprise Enrollment effective before that date), for versions available before 2019-10-01.
