BYOL requires the customer's own media; AWS license-included images cannot be relicensed

- When bringing licenses the customer must import and license its own media (VHD, VMDK, OVA via VM Import/Export ImportImage) and activate it against its own KMS; AWS-provided AMIs that include the software cannot be used for BYOL, and imported Windows AMIs cannot be activated against the Amazon Windows KMS server. Existing license-included Windows Server instances cannot be relicensed to BYOL in place (License Manager license type conversion to BYOL is available for instances launched from the customer's own VM image).
