- MSDN subscriptions purchased through subscription Volume Licensing programs before 2019-10-01 may be deployed on EC2 Dedicated Hosts or Dedicated Instances; subscriptions purchased or renewed after that date do not permit BYOL (effective at renewal). MSDN cannot be used on default tenancy and is not in License Mobility. Perpetual rights acquired before 2019-10-01 for products released before that date remain usable on dedicated infrastructure. Visual Studio Professional and Enterprise 2022 are available license-included.
