- Perpetual Microsoft Office licenses purchased before 2019-10-01 (or true-up under an Enterprise Enrollment effective before then) can be brought to EC2 Dedicated Hosts or Dedicated Instances, upgradable only to versions available before that date. Office LTSC Professional Plus 2021 is available license-included on EC2 through Remote Desktop Services sessions, invoiced per user per month together with RDS SALs.
