- AWS does not participate in the audit process with software vendors. Customers are responsible for compliance and for correctly capturing their license agreements as License Manager rules; License Manager dashboards and reports can be used as supporting information in vendor audits. The Service Terms likewise make the customer solely responsible for Microsoft license compliance under BYOL.
