- Kaseya Master Agreement §18: "Licenses are measured by "License Units" which vary depending on the Product, and may be measured by storage amounts, seats, protected endpoints, or other method of measurement."

- The Order sets the number of License Units; use may not exceed them (§2 Tracking Deployment and License Use). Products may track deployed License Units automatically. The applicable Product Terms of Use and Specifications define the actual unit.
