- Definition
- Kaseya Master Agreement §4: for automatic renewals, "pricing will be the same as that during the immediately preceding Committed Service Term plus an increase not to exceed five percent (5%) plus any increase in the Consumer Price Index published by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics during the immediately prior year (the "Price Lock Guarantee")."
- Commercial rules
- Applies only to automatic renewals of the same committed term and licence count. Renewals handled through the renewal quote process are mutually agreed and the guarantee does not necessarily apply; month-to-month prices may rise on 30 days notice. Kaseya may still adjust for exchange rates, tariffs and similar governmental charges.
