- Kaseya Master Agreement §2: "Certain Orders may provide for a transition period at the start of the initial Committed Service Term to account for various circumstances, such as implementation or onboarding ("Transition Period")."
- Commercial rules
- Transition Periods are not Trials and do not allow termination at their end. A free Transition Period does not count toward the initial Committed Service Term; renewals do not repeat it. A ramped-fee Transition Period with all Licenses provisioned at the start does not change the term, and the subscription counts all Licenses provisioned after the ramp.
