- Kaseya Master Agreement §18: ""Committed Minimum Quantity" or "CMQ" means the number of Licenses originally purchased for a Product as well as additional Licenses purchased for that Product either through written Orders or through a Kaseya Portal store."
- Commercial rules
- Licences added through a product user interface or consumed automatically in a billing period are variable usage for that period and may fall in later periods, but never below the CMQ. CMQ applies only where the Product Terms of Use say so: Datto RMM, Autotask PSA, SaaS Protection and SaaS Defense from November 2025 (invoices after December 1, 2025). Otherwise quantities cannot decrease during a Committed Service Term.
