- Counting rules
- One License per Endpoint gives one License to each Kaseya 365 Endpoint Component (RMM, antivirus, EDR, ransomware detection, advanced software management, endpoint backup and, for Pro, MDR). All Component Licenses from one Kaseya 365 License must be used on the same Endpoint. Licences sit in a pool that can be redistributed among customers or personnel.
- Floors / minimums
- New customers start at 50 endpoints; on upgrade the Kaseya 365 Endpoint count must match the component with the highest endpoint count (product page FAQ). Licence count cannot decrease during the Committed Service Term.
