- Kaseya Master Agreement §4: the customer pays Subscription fees for the whole Committed Service Term; terminating early (other than for uncured Kaseya breach) makes 100% of the remaining fees due immediately. §5 applies the same lump sum when Kaseya terminates for cause. (effective 2025-10-07)
