- Subscription Terms for Business Customers s.1(xiv): "Users means individuals who are authorized by Customer to access and use the Services on behalf of Customer, and who have been supplied user identifications and login credentials by Customer. Users may include employees, consultants, contractors, agents or any authorized users of Customer." s.1(xiii) "Number of Users" is the number of members authorized as indicated in the Order Form or under s.3.1.

- Business subscription fees are based on the Number of Users on the Order Form (s.3.1). Self-managed Business accounts are billed for each team member who accepts an invitation, prorated from the join date; suspended people, deleted people and pending invitations are not charged at the end of a trial, and the active-user count is taken daily at 7:00 PM ET. A removed team member drops off the next invoice; within the same billing period a removed team member may be replaced by another team member at no change. Order Form customers are reconciled quarterly for additional Users and renew at the Number of Users in place at the end of the prior term.
