First invoice after a trial counts active users at 7:00 PM ET; suspended and pending are not charged

- Active users for all accounts are calculated daily at 7:00 PM ET. At the end of a Business or Families trial the first invoice bills active members and guests from the last count; people who are suspended, deleted or invited but not joined are not charged.
