- s.3.1: unless an Order Form says otherwise, payment obligations are non-cancelable and fees paid non-refundable, except under the warranty remedy (s.6.1), the infringement remedy (s.7.2), termination for cause (s.9.3) and s.11.2. The support refund policy likewise refuses refunds for remaining time after cancellation of a self-managed subscription.
