- s.11.10: in a conflict, the Data Processing Agreement prevails, then the Order Form for term, Effective Date, Number of Users, billing, pricing, service description and governing law, then the Subscription Terms. Customer purchase-order terms are void (s.11.9). Default law is Ontario with Toronto courts (s.11.8).
